Job Description
In Doymus Software and Engineering, a company specialized in software and hardware certification processes, we are looking for a Software Development Engineer in C++ who will participate in leading projects in the aerospace and railway market in collaboration with the main companies of the sector at international level.
Target
Development of standardized communication protocols reusing existing design patterns. The development starts from a standard where the protocol is defined and consists of designing the UML model and then its implementation in C++, using object oriented programming.
Activities
- Understanding of the standard defining the protocol
- Software design, using UML diagrams and company-standard design patterns
- Software coding in C++, according to the existing C++ coding standard.
- Source code verification through static code analysis and source code testing
- Generation of certification evidences
Tools
- Requirements management (e.g. Doors)
- UML Design (e.g. IBM Rhapsody)
- Static code analysis (e.g. Understand)
- Source code testing (e.g. VectorCAST)
- Defect management (e.g. Jira)
Profile
- Required: Knowledge of UML diagrams
- Required: Knowledge of object oriented programming.
- Required: Knowledge of C++ language.
- Desirable: Knowledge of communication protocols.
- Desirable: Knowledge of DO-178C, or CENELEC EN 50128 standards.
- Minimum English level: B2
- Interest in becoming a critical software development expert.
