Job Description
In Doymus Software and Engineering, a company specialized in software and hardware certification processes, we are looking for a Hardware Verification Engineer who will participate in leading projects in the aerospace and railway market in collaboration with the main companies of the sector at an international level.
Target
Verification of hardware (including FPGAs) according to aerospace standard DO-254 and AMC 20-152A. Verification includes plan definition tasks, reviews, analysis, testing and simulation.
Activities
- Elaboration and verification of hardware requirements
- Definition, execution and verification of test cases associated with hardware requirements
- Verification of VHDL code, using functional simulation, static timinganalysis and code coverage.
- Error detection and problem reporting
- Traceability of test cases to hardware requirements
- Generation of certification evidences
Tools
- Requirements management (e.g. Doors)
- Defect management (e.g. Jira)
- Oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
- Test benches
- VHDL code verification tool (e.g. ModelSim)
Profile
- Required: Knowledge of analog and digital hardware and FPGAs.
- Required: Knowledge of VHDL language.
- Desirable: Knowledge in regulation systems and power electronics.
- Knowledge of DO-254 and AMC 20-152A standards is desirable.
- Minimum English level: B1
- Interest in becoming a mission-critical hardware verification expert
